Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa & Discover), Paypal &
personal checks or money orders*.

      *Once your check has cleared our bank, your order will be shipped.

Shipping & Handling 

Free ground shipping within the continental US.

Items are normally shipped within 1 day directly from our manufacturers in the United States.
We use UPS and USPS for all standard shipment within the U.S.
Please note items may be shipped separately.

Expedited or overnight shipping:  Please contact us for rates.

Returns
We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of product, and it will be replaced.

Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene open, non-defective bedding (sheets, shams, coverlets, etc.) are not returnable.
Only products in new, unused condition and in their original unopened packaging can be returned.
All returns must be authorized within two weeks of receipt of order.
Contact us  via email or phone and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA #) along with return instructions.

Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Once we receive the return, we will issue credit to the same credit card you used for your purchase (or to your Paypal account). Please allow 1 -2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, contact us within 15 days & we will gladly do so.
Items to be exchanged must be unused and in the original unopened packaging.

Backorders

If we are out of stock on any item, we will let you know and give you an estimated ship date.
You can choose to have the item backordered, or not.
